SpotApply Extension

Auto-fill job forms in your browser — Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday and more. You review every field and click Submit yourself. On LinkedIn and Indeed, those sites fill your details from your own account, so SpotApply only tracks the application there.

Install in Chrome (3 steps)

Unzip the downloaded file

Extract spotapply-extension.zip to a folder on your computer.

Open Chrome Extensions

Go to chrome://extensions → enable Developer mode (top right toggle).

Load the extension

Click Load unpacked → select the spotapply-extension folder you extracted.

How to use

1️⃣ Open SpotApply dashboard and find a job card
2️⃣ Click 🧩 Fill with Extension — the job form opens in a new tab
3️⃣ Click the SpotApply icon in your toolbar → ⚡ Fill This Form Now
4️⃣ Review every field — then click Submit yourself
