Common questions
Is there a free trial for Pro?
Right now every account has Pro limits, so there is nothing to trial — sign up and you get them. When paid plans reopen, the Free plan is the full pipeline with daily caps (5 tailored resumes/day, 2 auto-fills/week), free forever. No credit card required to start.
Can I cancel any time?
Absolutely. Open Settings → Plans & Pricing → "Manage or cancel subscription" any time — it takes you to your secure Stripe billing page. You keep Pro access until the end of the billing period you already paid for; nothing renews after that. If you do not have a subscription, there is nothing to cancel — Pro features are free for everyone right now, and nothing starts automatically when that ends.
Does anything get submitted without my approval?
Never. SpotApply prepares your tailored documents and fills the form in your own browser — then you click Submit yourself, or, with One-click submit turned on, your Apply & Submit click approves that one application and SpotApply presses the form's Submit for you on boards that allow it. Nothing is ever sent unattended.
